In this role, you’ll work as a key member of our agile, cross-functional teams, architecting and implementing cutting-edge web interfaces for customer-facing eCommerce applications. Your expertise will contribute to both frontend excellence and, occasionally, backend development, ensuring you’re integral to delivering seamless, scalable solutions.

• Collaborate with an agile, cross-functional team to create customer-facing eCommerce solutions
• Work closely with UX designers to refine applications based on customer feedback
• Extend your reach beyond frontend development by contributing to platform services and backends, including AWS services and micro-frontends
• Influence team goals by contributing to long-term product and technology visions
• Maintain high standards of code quality, collaboration, and performance in a scalable web environment
• Drive innovation by identifying and implementing impactful improvements
  

Your Expertise

• Experience: 5+ years of professional frontend development
• Core Skills: Expert in semantic HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript
• Frameworks: Proficient in React (or similar modern frameworks) for secure, well-tested, and performant software development
• Design Principles: Strong understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and core web concepts
• Testing: Familiarity with unit, integration, and end-to-end testing for frontend applications
• Web Performance: Solid knowledge of web performance metrics (e.g., CrUX, FCP, LCP, CLS, INP)
• Problem-Solving: Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills
• Mentorship: Proven ability to mentor and motivate junior developers
• Backend Collaboration: Familiarity with backend technologies (Node.js, NestJS) and ability to work with backend engineers
• Accessibility: Bonus points for experience with accessibility best practices
